THE VILLA & LAYOUT
Originally built in 1000 AD, Villa Il Santo has undergone a lengthy and meticulous building and interior restoration through its previous owners and todays. As a result, guests can enjoy the most extraordinary views and unbelievable sunsets provided by its unique hilltop location.
The whole property has been completely restored using original terracotta flooring and reclaimed wooden ceilings combined with state of the art mod cons, neutral, earthy, fresh tones and soft furnishings that together provide a modern, minimalist yet truly homely feel.

COOK SERVICE
A typical Tuscan dinner is complimentary on the first night and a continental breakfast on the first morning. Further chef services are available on request at an additional cost.
AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning services the entire villa but should you wish to enjoy the fresh air, all windows have built in screens.
CONDITION
Bookings are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, with arrivals accepted after 4pm and departures requested by
10am.
daily housekeeping up to 2 hours is included except Sundays and bank holidays. Additional cleaning will be charged or can be pre booked should further assistance be needed daily.
A deposit of €2000 pre arrival will be taken in case of any damages and extra costs over the stay.
A local Tax of €1.50 per person per day not included, must be paid in cash before departure and will be taken by the villa manager.
Bookings will be confirmed by e-mail from The Collins Collection Limited.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% at booking
50% eight weeks prior to arrival.
All payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
PAYMENT TERMS
We refund booking deposit if cancellation arrives before August of the previous year. After that date, we refund the booking deposit only in case we succeed in renting the full period or part of it in case of more than one week.
MINIMUM STAYS
Our minimum stay is 7 nights year round but may be negotiable in low season on request.
